This is a beautiful ocean front duplex (2 units, 1800 square feet each). Each of the 3 bedrooms has an unobstructed ocean view, with an even better view from the great room/kitchen area. There are 2 ½ baths. The master suite has a 2-person whirlpool tub and a shower. The kitchen has granite counter tops, side by side refrigerator with filtered water and ice in the door, dishwasher, and gas cooking appliances. The great room has a cozy gas fireplace, TV/VCR/DVD with cable, movies, wireless internet, a balcony facing the ocean, and magnificent views of the ocean and the offshore islands that make Bandon so beautiful.

There is a private sheltered deck on the east, a two car garage, laundry facilities, gas BBQ and everything you need to make your stay a memorable one. Each unit sleeps 8. The north unit has a king, queen, two twins (that can be made into a king), and a full size futon. The south has a king, a queen, a full, a twin, and a queen hide-a-bed.

Located in front of the Offshore Islands Viewing Area, a state managed wildlife preserve, it has immediate access to the nature trail on the bluff and the beach with well-maintained stairs at either end of the block. The beach extends all the way to the jetty in the north, and goes south towards Face Rock. It is about 2 ½ blocks from a very nice city park and recreation area with a wonderful children’s play area, sheltered from the ocean by a large stand of trees, and a new public library . Groceries, video rentals, and Old Town Bandon are just a short drive away.

It is just a short drive from world class golf- both at Bandon Dunes Resort and at Bandon Crossings Golf Course, a more affordable alternative, and both fun and challenging. Ask about golf packages, including the "All you can play in a day" special, available only through lodging partners. Bandon Crossings also has a cart option for those who may be tired or unable to walk.

Policies

In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations from 14 to 30 days will receive refund of ½ of initial payment (1/4 of total rental charge). Cancellations within 2 weeks receive no refund.

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit of ½ of the total rental charges. Balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival, along with 7% lodging tax, a basic cleaning charge of USD$80 and the refundable security deposit of USD $300. The security deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure.

This does not limit your liability, but is a deposit against any damages, extraordinary cleaning, or late checkout charges. A full refund will be returned to you if there are no extra charges.
