Policies

In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.

Cancellation policy:
4 week notice - no refundable, unless re-let, $50 cancellation fee
4-8 weeks 65 % refundable. If days are filled the outstanding amount is refunded returned pro rata days booked. This is less banking charges.

• Checkout time is 10:00 am; check in is 2:30. Early check-in's and late check outs must be agreed too before entry. The houses are very busy and likely to have guest that morning or afternoon. We are happy to let you in earlier or leave later (if available), but this is unlikely. If you wish to secure this you can book them at half rate. If cleaners are kept waiting they will charge us for late check-out
. Parties and Functions are prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenant's responsibility during their stay. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise is prohibited. We do appreciate your consideration
• Linen /towels are supplied by us. Please stipulate the correct number of guest's so linen can be provided for all guests.
. House cleaning, we do appreciate the house being left in a relatively tidy state. If there is excessive mess which warrants above the standard cleaning hours allocated, this may be passed on to you.
