Zuetana means "home" in the language of the Muiscas, aboriginal inhabitants of this region. The use of this name, Zuetana, reflects our wish to become ambassadors of our country.
Zuetana is a hotels chain, which gives superior lodging services. It has 38 rooms divided by our 5 headquarters, which completes your needs. In our years of experience in hotel management, it has always been our goal to channel all our efforts into making the stay for our guests enjoyable, pleasant and safe.
We are surrounded by green areas, parks, shopping centers, native arts and crafts stores, gyms, supermarkets, travel agencies and banks which ease the stay for our guests.

In the year 2000 this project was born and it became a reality in the year 2001.
During this time we have had as guests people with different objectives,
for example couples who wish to adopt, persons looking for medical treatments, among others.

Reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours before check in day
Cancelations must be received via internet
If you do not cancel your reservation 24 hours prior your check in , a charge of 100% of the first night will be made.

When a guest want to book a one-month stay in the apartments, must prepay the 100% of the stay.
For apartments, cancelations must be donne at least 8 days before arriving to the Hotel. Remboursement can be donne if we receive a cancelation via internet (a fee will be charge for financial costs)
