1 May-30 September:If cancel 7 days before arrival date, 1st night penalty
1 October-19 December: If cancel 14 days before arrival date,50% of total stay
20 December-21 January: If cancel 21 days before arrival date,100% of total stay
22 January-30 April: If cancel 14 days before arrival date,50% of total stay

In case of no-show 100% of total amount penalty charge

Security Deposit is required by cash or credit card upon check-in date as following details;
- Accommodation from 1-3 nights, we have to keep your security deposit 3,000 THB per period
- Accommodation from 4-7 nights, we have to keep your security deposit 5,000 THB per period
- Accommodation from 8 days up, we have to keep your security deposit 10,000 THB per period
- Accommodation for 1 month, we have to keep your security deposit 20,000 THB per period
We will collect the “Security Deposit” for guarantee of any damage & lost of things. We will return the “Security Deposit” back to the guest on the departure date if we have not find any damage & lost.
