Prepayment Policy:This vacation rental always requires prepayment for its bookings.
In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why. 
Advance Deposit: An advance deposit equal to one night's accommodation plus applicable tax per room guarantees your reservation. The deposit will be applied to the last night of the confirmed reservation and early departure will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits are refundable upon notice at least 3 days prior to scheduled arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 3 days of arrival or no-show will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. If your plans change, you may cancel this reservation without penalty 3 days prior to arrival. Upon your arrival we will ask you to reconfirm the number of nights you will be staying. If you subsequently depart before that date, your advance deposit will be applied as an early departure fee.
