The penthouse is located in La Mairena which is about 15 minutes from Marbella and about 10 minutes to the beach. The small town of la Mairena is situated in the hills at an elevation of approx. 400 meters. The apartment itself has a space of 106 sqm and a terrace of approx. 35 sqm.

It is an ideal place to relax and to enjoy the beautiful view, sienna mountains to the left where the sun rises, the complete costa del sol coast line and ocean view, Gibraltar on the right and on a clear day in the distance even the coast of Africa.
