Maenamburi Resort is a modern, small, cosy and comfortable locally run resort, offers 13 beautifully appointed chalets and 1 Private Villa hiding in the garden, recently re-opened with rooms finished and furbished to the highest western standards, located in either garden or beachfront locations.

Policies

In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.

Items Needed for the Reservation.
Customer Name, and Country of resident.
Detail of arrival method, date and time.
Credit Card Number including CCV code (The hotel does not charge your credit card; your credit card is required to guarantee your booking). All payment will be held the resort upon your arrival.

Cancellations must be made in writing, quoting the booking reference number and your cancellation is acknowledged and accepted only when you receive a cancellation confirmation from us.

Cancellation Charges
In case of cancellation received 30 days or less from arrival, early checkout or no show an additional charge of two nights per room booked will be charged directly by the hotel.

Amendments
Any changes to your reservation, whether extending your stay, early check out, delayed arrival or cancellation in full or in part, must be made through our office at least 30 days from arrival date.
The amendments must be made in writing, quoting the booking reference number and the email address you originally used to make your booking.
All amendment requests for extension nights or additional rooms are subject to room availability.
If the amendment results in a refund of payment (reduction of stay, number of rooms, or number of people booked), an administration fee will be charged on the amount to be refunded equivalent to 5% of the total value or 500 Thai Baht, whichever is the greater.

Shortening of stay
Shortening of stay including, but not limited to, early check-outs, reduction of number of rooms or people are considered as partial cancellation which will be subject to the aforementioned Maenamburi Resort Reservation, Cancellation and No Show Policy.
Refunds
All refunds are subject to administration fee of 5% of the amount to be refunded or a 500 Thai Baht minimum charge (whichever is greater).
The refund amount will be made in Thai Baht, equivalent to the amount which shall be confirmed to you before the cancellation transaction is processed. You acknowledge and accept that Maenamburi Resort shall not be liable for, or responsible for any foreign exchange rate risk (exchange rate movements and rate fluctuations) in converting the refund amount to your local currency.
