General cancellation policy (excluding July & August): For cancellations outside 48 hrs prior to check-in there is no penalty and the full amount will be paid back. If the cancellation occurs within 48 hrs before check-in, day of check-in or after check-in, the 20% pre-payment of your stay will be retained as a penalty.

July and August reservations: For cancellations outside 7 days prior to check-in there is no penalty and the full amount will be paid back. If the cancellation occurs within 7 days before check-in, day of check-in or after check-in; the 20% pre-payment of your stay will be retained as a penalty.
