TV with sky satellite, so you won't miss your favourite English shows, + DVD/CD Player.
The Dining area seats six. Sliding doors lead to a large terrace with table and chairs for alfresco dining. The beautiful upper terrace has sun loungers for your relaxation. Both terraces have magnificent views of the Sierra Blanca Mountains, the landscaped gardens and overlook the pool. This apartment is situated in Los Naranjos de Marbella, a beautiful complex in the purest white Andalusian village style. A perfect self-catering summer holiday rental apartment.There is a large Mercadona supermarket on site and also a restaurant/bar.

Policies

In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.

If clients need to cancel their booking, any payments made will be lost. We recommend clients take out travel insurance to cover holiday cancellation payments.

When booking this vacation rental, travellers will be required to accept the terms and conditions of a booking agreement in addition to the prepayment and cancellation policies shown above. To see the agreement, click here.

ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation offered is privately owned.
Accommodation provided is for the use of the named rental clients only and may not be added to, sublet or assigned in any way.
The full address and directions to the booked accommodation will be emailed to the rental client one week prior to departure.
The accommodation is available from 4.00pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure. (This is flexible as long as no other rental client is leaving or arriving on the specified days).

*TRAVEL INSURANCE
Please note that payments for the rental of the apartment once made are non refundable.
We recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance Cover, which would normally refund you if you need to cancel your holiday and the reason for cancellation falls within the terms of the policy.
Also, I cannot accept responsibility for any of your personal possessions during your stay in the apartment. However, when leaving the apartment empty you should ensure that all doors are closed and double locked .

*SECURITY DEPOSIT
For each booking a security deposit of 250 Euros is required. For long term rentals i.e. longer than three weeks, a larger deposit is required dependent on the length of stay. The Security deposit should be paid to Linda, my manager
upon arrival at the apartment, Linda will give you the keys and when you depart
she will return the deposit to you.
Claims against the deposit will only be made in the event of damage caused other than in the course of fair wear and tear, or for loss of keys. We urge clients to notify any damage to TLC Property Care promptly so that it may be quickly rectified. The property should be left in a reasonable condition so that it may be quickly prepared for the next clients. If abnormal cleaning is required this may be chargeable against the security deposit.

If booking more than 8 weeks before arrival - Send completed booking form with your payment for 25% of the rental cost. The balance of the total rental cost becomes payable 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental.
If booking less than 8 weeks before arrival - send the completed booking form and your payment for the full amount of the total holiday. Confirmation of your rental and a receipt for all amounts paid will be emailed to you.
