All of our studios and suites have their own private balcony with guaranteed view of the ocean.

Our Studios are single spaced rooms in different dimensions. They are equipped with Queen Size beds or Twin beds, bathrooms with showers, a sitting area with one or two bed couches, fully equipped kitchen and balconies overlooking the ocean.

Our Suites have a master bedroom with a King size bed, a living room with one bed couche, large bathrooms with bathtub and private balcony with two sun beds, overlooking the ocean.

All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning (cool or heat), fully equipped kitchen, Mini Bar refrigerator, coffee maker, satellite & Cable channels, LCD TV set, DVD player, direct dial phone, fast internet connection, in room safe deposit boxes, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, sanitary tissues and bath amenities.

Alta Mare is located 20 km from the Santorini airport and 20kms from the commercial port of Athenios. The bus terminal and the taxi stand are only 150 meters away and the nearest parking lot is at a distance of just 50 meters away.

Our Hotel is only accessible by steps 200 meters above the sea level, facing the Aegean Sea, the Volcano and the sun set.

Perfectly located at the heart of Oia town near the Orthodox Cathedral, the blue dome Churches, the old port of Oia (Armeni), the picturesque fishing port of Amoudi, the spot where everybody goes to watch the famous Sunset from.

Reservation Policy
A deposit of 50% of the entire reservation is required upon confirmation, to guarantee for each reservation, either by credit card or by bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy
No cancellation fees apply if a cancellation is received 14 days prior the arrival date in written notice.
If a cancellation would take place within a period less than 14 days prior to the arrival date the Hotel shall be entitled to charge 50% of the entire reservation.
In a case of a non show or for a departure that would take place earlier than the original departure date, the Hotel shall be entitled to claim full compensation for services been ordered which concludes to 100 % of the entire stay.
