I have an extensive background in luxury vacation rentals in Los Cabos and have been involved in vacation rentals, property management and real estate for the past 16 years. I am the owner and operator of Baja Sur Vacation Rentals, a full service luxury vacation rental company.
I have owned a home and lived in Cabo San Lucas since 1998, know the area well and have been in every home in our inventory. This knowledge allows me to custom design each client’s vacation experience. I am known for customer service and the time I spend with each client to make sure their vision of their time in Cabo becomes a reality.

Casa Oceano sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably and offers over 1800 square feet of living space for our guests. You will enjoy the spectacular sunrises & ocean views from Casa Oceano while relaxing on the large terrace. You are just a short stroll to the beach or the hotel where you will also have hotel privileges. Golf is on site with the famous 18 hole championship Palmilla Golf Course along with many other amenities.

Prepayment Policy:This vacation rental always requires prepayment for its bookings.
In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why. 
A fifty percent (50%) non-refundable down payment, plus 100% of the refundable security deposit shall be required at the time of reservation. The non-refundable balance shall become due and payable 30 days prior to the reservation date or the reservation will be canceled.
If for any reason you must cancel your reservation you will have up to 1 year from your arrival date to rebook the same home, based on availability at no penalty to you. If the dates you rebook are at a higher nightly rate you will be required to pay the difference.
