Asterias Village Resort was established in 2003 with the aim to be the ideal place for enjoyable and relaxing holiday in the beautiful scenery of Crete. Located on a prime sightseeing crossroad, offering a panoramic view of Hersonissos and the Cretan Sea.
Asterias Village consists of 10 buildings that we like to call houses, spread over an area of 12.000 square meters. We have given names to our houses so as to be friendly and familial as the friendly atmosphere we are proud to offer! In total, Asterias Village consists of 32 studios and 57 apartments, from which 10 are designed in traditional Cretan architecture (with loft room).
Everything matches perfect in Asterias Village! Outdoor and communal areas have been designed in harmony with the “houses”. Everything aims to add a comfort and luxury stroke of brush. In Asterias Village you will find parking space, an adults swimming pool (300 square meters) as well as a separate swimming pool for children, Jacuzzi, playground, the poolside open-air Cohilia Bar & Grill and the Oliva Restaurant, which prepares and serves traditional Cretan as well as selected international dishes.

From Asterias Village, guests are really close to the modern cosmopolitan settlement of Hersonissos (1.5 km) and to the two old traditional villages of Koutouloufari (300 m) and Piskopiano (150 m). For access to other parts of the municipality, the hotel could not be better placed, with less than 30 minutes drive from Heraklion down-town, old town, port and international airport. Therefore, Asterias Village is thought and proposed as the ideal basis for exploring the whole Heraklion prefecture!

In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.

If booking is cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the 30% of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, 50% of all nights will be charged.
