Welcome to exquisite Sanibel Island and Sandpiper Beach Condominium, where you can vacation in a lovely 1,200-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bath Florida beachfront condo rental with screened lanai overlooking the pool and Gulf of Mexico.
The 27-unit complex, in five buildings, sits on a quiet dead-end street, next to a wildlife preserve. The bright and airy suite, sleeping up to six people, is on the first floor and comes complete with a multitude of amenities such as air conditioning, two phones, three TVs with cable, stereo and CD player, linens and towels, and washer/dryer. There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Lodging accommodations include two large bedrooms featuring king and twin beds with plenty of closet space and are complemented by a spacious living room and dining room. The private screened balcony with table and chairs offers the perfect place for a cold drink and a good book. You can prepare home-cooked meals of your choosing in your full kitchen, featuring a microwave oven, cookware and utensils, dishwasher, and outside grills.
A gorgeous palm-lined swimming pool, in view from your condo, continually beckons for a dip.
Spend lazy days on the pristine, white-sand beach with sparkling blue water as you soak up the sun and forget your worldly problems. Enjoy stress-reducing activities at Sandpiper Beach from shuffleboard to tennis, both a mere 100 feet from your door. Breathe in fresh ocean air as you explore the area via bicycles (including helmets) on the many bike paths throughout the island, courtesy of Sandpiper Beach Condominium.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF TENANTS for rental units is SIX (6).
2. NOISE LEVELS while in the building or on the grounds must be maintained at a level
where other guests and owners will not be disturbed.
3. Maintenance of the interior of the units and porches is the responsibility of the
persons in residence at any given time. The Association is responsible for all
other areas.
4. One inside numbered PARKING SPACE is provided for each unit under the building.
Additional unmarked spaces are provided on the north side of the building.
5. Parking areas are for owners and their guests only and are limited to use by
passenger vehicles. Trailers, RV’s, campers, trucks, motorcycles, mopeds etc.,
boats, and similar equipment are not permitted.
6. The interiors and exteriors of the buildings are serviced on a regular schedule
by an exterminator. If problems occur, please contract Island Management.
7. Four (4) charcoal grilling areas with grills are provided on the parking
side of the buildings. Neither grills or fires are permitted on the beach or
elsewhere on the premises.
8. No garments, towels or any other items are to be hung from the walkway or the
porch railings. Swimsuit drying racks must be in the unit or on the porch.
9. No items are to be left on the walkway (shoes, beach chairs, toys, etc.) which is
our EMERGENCY FIRE EXIT ROUTE.
10. The boiling of shells is not permitted in the units. SANIBEL LAW PROHIBITS THE
TAKING OF LIVE SHELLFISH. (The fine is $500.00)
11. Security personnel patrol our grounds each evening. In case of a security problem,
call 472-5020.
12. Trash dumpsters are emptied each Monday and Thursday. Two dumpsters are located
on the parking side.
13. THE USE of ROLLER BLADES & SKATE BOARDS ARE NOT PERMITTED except as access to
Olde Middle Gulf Dr.
14. Owner’s pets must be kept on leashes at all time while on the condominium grounds
and are not permitted in the pool area.
SWIMMING POOL REGULATIONS
A. The pool opens at 8:00 a.m. and closes at sunset. In cooler weather, the pool
cover will be removed at 8:00 a.m. and put on at sunset - by management.
B. The cover is to be removed only by MANAGEMENT. Under no circumstances are owners
or guests permitted to handle this cover, either taking it off or putting it on.
This is a very costly item and can easily be damaged or broken.
C. The pool furniture may only be used by owners and their guests. Pool furniture is
not to be removed from the pool area.
D. Children under the age of ten (10) must be accompanied by a responsible adult and
controlled at all times. NO RAFTS ARE PERMITTED IN THE POOL AREA BY FLORIDA STATUTE.
E. Daily between the hours of 4:00 AND 5:00 P.M. the pool AREA is
reserved for ADULTS ONLY, and persons under 18 years of age are not permitted in
the pool area. THIS RULE IS NOT IN EFFECT BETWEEN JUNE 1ST AND SEPTEMBER 30TH.
F. Only plastic or paper containers are permitted on the pool deck.
G. Electronic devices may be used in the pool area only with headphones.
H. Owners and guests using the pool are requested to contact and advise Island
Management Group 472-5020 of any problems.
I. Management reserves the right to deny use of the pool to any one at any time.
