Located about 20 km from central Melbourne near Watergardens shopping complex at Taylors Lakes, Florentine Villas contain all the comforts, refinements and technology required for today’s corporate and holiday traveller. Our location is close to major transport routes, Tullamarine International Airport and freeway interchanges.

Each 5 star energy rated villa is beautifully furnished and fully equipped to cater for both short and long term stays, and includes wireless LAN, broadband internet access, and keyless entry.

Each villa is approximately 130 square meters with 2 large bedrooms, separate lounge and dining rooms, large fully equipped gourmet kitchen, full bathroom with hairdryer, fully equipped laundry with ironing facilities, remote control garage door and storeroom, central heating, air-conditioning, and private relaxing courtyard. Local telephone calls are included in the tariff.

Each master bedroom is equipped with a QS bed with large wardrobe, shelves and drawer space. The second bedroom is similarly equipped with a king single bed with trundle that can elevate to the same height as the king single. The lounge is equipped with a 68cm television and DVD CD MP3 player.

Our aim is to provide corporate and holiday clients with better value, more spacious accommodation, with all the trimmings that are not provided by other venues. No show Full booking charged (only charged if your booking cannot be refilled)

By signing this form the hirer/s acknowledge all the information given above is true and correct and that it is the policy of Florentine Villas that a signed credit card authority be retained during the rental period. The hirer/s also acknowledge that any breakage or damage (including loss of remote controls) and unpaid rent will be charged to the account of the hirer/s and authorize Florentine Villas to exercise the right of recovery by using this Credit Card Authority and/or the Credit Card details recorded below either signed or unsigned by the hirer/s. The hirer/s acknowledge that any villa vacated by the hirer/s and left in an unacceptably dirty condition will be charged a cleaning fee of up to $150 depending on the condition and cleaning work required and the hirer/s authorise Florentine Villas to charge such amount under this credit card authority.
PLEASE NOTE: If a special tariff is negotiated for a longer period of time and the hirer/s shorten the time of hire, Florentine Villas exercises the right to review the tariff back to its published short stay rates.
