Eagles Nest is a luxury 3 bedroom condo, located in Trademark Village, a gated enclave in the Winter Park Ski Resort base area. Eagles Nest is an end unit and is the closest Trademark condo to the ski lifts.
Eagles Nest at Trademark is a 3 bedroom, 3 full bath luxury vacation home located in the Winter Park Resort ski base area, by "Old Town". This one level luxury penthouse condo looks directly out over the Winter Park ski area and the Fraser River. Nestled in the trees with spectacular views of the mountain slopes and the Fraser River, this condo offers privacy with stunning views as well as a premier location in the ski base area. It is conveniently located on the complimentary resort shuttle line and near the the Fraser River Trail.
With a great-room style floor plan, high end furnishings and two large decks overlooking the Winter Park mountain ski slopes as well as the Fraser River, Eagles Nest offers both comfort, stunning views and privacy. Soak in the private hot tub while enjoying spectacular views of the ski runs and the river. BBQ on the gas grill. Sit in the deck chairs, relax to the sounds of the river below and look at the stars. Inside, floor to ceiling windows provide stunning views of the mountain ski slopes and the river. Watch the kids ski down the slopes from the comfort of the leather sofa.
Get away from the noise, traffic and congestion of the central resort! Enjoy the convenience of a base area location without the hassles. There is private parking for 2 of your vehicles & mtn bikes in our enclosed underground heated garage. A short walk brings you to the base of Winter Park Resort. Hop on the lifts - your entry point to world class skiing. Don't like to to walk: catch the complimentary resort shuttle that passes by the Trademark entry gate about every 15 minutes.
Close enough to walk to the lifts but without the noise, traffic and congestion of the central resort, Eagles Nest offers the very best in a ski resort location.

In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.
GUEST CHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY: (notification by phone and in writing of
guest’s intent to change or cancel any part of this agreement is required)
• Cleaning fees are non-refundable, regardless of time of cancellation.
• Cancellation prior to 90 days of arrival will result in a refund of all rental fee monies
paid, less a $275 cancellation charge. All remaining rental fee monies will be
refunded.
• Cancellation within 89 days of arrival will result in a forfeited security deposit & a
$525 cancellation charge. All remaining rental fee monies will be refunded.
• Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will result in a forfeiture of all monies paid.
• Part of the rental payment may be refunded nonetheless at the sole discretion of the
owner and may be partially contingent upon re-rental of the property for the rental
period and for no less than the rental amount set forth at the beginning of this
agreement.
TO RESERVE THIS PROPERTY: We require a refundable Security/Damage Deposit as well as 50% of the Rental Amount at the time of booking. Payments can be made by check, bank draft or credit card. 5.5% credit card processing fee added to all credit card payments
Final 50% of the rental amount is due 60 days before arrival.
The Security Deposit (USD $1050 refundable) OR the purchase of our Accidental Damage Waiver Policy (USD $79, non-refundable) in lieu of the refundable Security Deposit is payable at the time of booking.
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Reservation is not confirmed until security deposit and initial payment has been received.
